At MUTHA®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on new or gently used items within 30 days of the delivery date.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you. Print the label and securely package your items in their original box.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. We recommend obtaining a tracking receipt to ensure your return reaches our warehouse safely.
Receive Your Refund
After we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any applicable shipping fees.
